Shoham J. Solouki, Esq., J.D. - Partner

Attorney Shoham Joseph Solouki attained a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Information Systems from California State University Northridge. Mr. Solouki went on to receive a Juris Doctor Degree from Southwestern Law School and was admitted to the California State Bar the same year. In addition to being admitted to practice law in California, Mr. Solouki is also admitted in the United States District Court for the Central District of California, the United States Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States Tax Court, and the United States Court of International Trade.

Further, Mr. Solouki is a member of California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA), Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles(CAALA), the American Bar Association (ABA), Los Angeles County Bar Association, San Fernando Valley Bar Association, Pasadena Bar Association, and other legal organizations. Mr. Solouki's experience in the areas of employment and labor litigation give him a unique set of skills to represent you.

Grant Joseph Savoy, Esq., J.D. - Partner

Mr. Savoy, a native to Los Angeles, graduated from California State University, Northridge with high academic honors. Mr. Savoy attended Southwestern Law School, where he was named to the Dean's List and graduated in the top of his class. Mr. Savoy has worked in both the private and government sectors, where he has gained invaluable trial experience countless relationships in the Los Angeles legal community. While in Law School, Mr. Savoy clerked at the Office of the Ventura County Public Defender, as well as the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office. In the private sector, Mr. Savoy worked at the Law Offices of Bruce Margolin, a Criminal Defense Firm.

Mr. Savoy worked as an attorney for the National Association for the Advancement of Multijurisdiction Practice, a Non-Profit Legal Organization focused on Civil Rights. Immediately prior to co-founding Solouki | Savoy, LLP, Mr. Savoy worked as an associate attorney with a Plaintiff law firm focused solely on Employment Wage and Hour Class and Mass Actions. His diverse legal background has given him the ability to recognize and attack employment violations in the both the private and government work sectors.
